4. Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it available. we always have to order gift-wrapped. So you do not need to pay the customs tax. depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service's control. If there is a little delay, please have more patience.


We want you to be pleased every time you order something from us. Infrequently though, we know you may want to return items, so below is a brief synopsis of our returns guidelines.

You are welcome to return or exchange items purchased at our store for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. During this period. it is exchange your items for a new size or to return items for a refund. (*for orders delivered by DHL&EMS, please refer to the additional instructions with your order or contact customer services) Please note: items must be in new condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.

If return is for refund/exchange only and have non-quality cases, we will deduct shipping fees and give you a partial refund or another product you like ( charge or refund balance money forthe different items ).For all defective items, buyer need to send pictures to proof the damages parts.

How to return your Items

If you decide to return your items for a refund or exchange please contact us.When refund is processing, please be noted that you should send the product back to us, providing a tracking serial number and tracking link. When the product arrives, we'll issue a refund immediately.

Terms and Conditions of Returns

1. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

2. Items must be in new condition and not damaged, dirty or excessively worn.

3. Refunds will be made within 10 days of the order cancellation.
